
Instructions:
- 1Adjust the Smith machine bar at knee height
- 2Stand sideways and step one foot onto the bar
- 3Push through your heel to lift your body up
- 4Lower your body down by bending your knee and hip
- 5Switch sides and repeat with the other leg
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Drive through your heels when pushing up
- Try to use your stepping leg mostly, not the one on the floor
- Control your descent not to let gravity do the work
