Instructions:

  • 1Standing tall, rise onto your tiptoes
  • 2Take a step to your right while maintaining your tip-toe position
  • 3Continue moving to the right for a specified number of steps
  • 4Pause and then take steps to your left while still on your tiptoes

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise to maintain balance
  • Move in a slow and controlled manner
  • Try to stay on your tiptoes during the entire exercise to maximize activation of the calves and glutes
