Instructions:

  • 1Position yourself under the padded lever, feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor
  • 3Press through your heels to return to the starting position
  • 4Make sure your knees stay in line with your toes throughout the movement
  • 5Maintain a straight back during the exercise

Tips:

  • Keep your head looking forward and your chest up
  • Use a weight that allows you to complete each rep with proper form
  • Avoid letting your knees travel past your toes
  • Breath in as you lower and breathe out as you press up
