
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself under the padded lever, feet shoulder width apart
- 2Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor
- 3Press through your heels to return to the starting position
- 4Make sure your knees stay in line with your toes throughout the movement
- 5Maintain a straight back during the exercise
Tips:
- Keep your head looking forward and your chest up
- Use a weight that allows you to complete each rep with proper form
- Avoid letting your knees travel past your toes
- Breath in as you lower and breathe out as you press up
