
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back, bend one knee and place your foot on the towel
- 2Extend your other leg towards the sky
- 3Slide your foot on the towel towards your glutes, lift your hips off the ground to form a bridge
- 4Hold for a moment and then slowly slide back to starting position
- 5Repeat this for the recommended amount of repetitions and then switch legs
Tips:
- Make sure that your hips and buttocks are lifted throughout the exercise to keep tension on your hamstrings
- Keep your core engaged
- Perform the action slowly and controlled
- Use your back and abs to stabilize your body
