Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and a towel placed under your feet.
  • 2With your heels on the towel, push down and slide your feet toward your glutes, bending your knees as you pull them up.
  • 3Keep your hips on the ground as you curl your legs up. Slowly slide your feet away from your body, straightening your legs.
  • 4Contract your glutes and hips as you pull your feet back up towards your body.
  • 5Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position, maintaining control of the movement.

Tips:

  • Make sure your core is tight throughout the movement.
  • Ensure to perform the movement in a slow and controlled manner.
  • Avoid lifting your hips off the ground.
  • Keep your head on the ground to maintain a neutral spine.
