- 3Extend one leg against the resistance until it is almost fully extended.
- 4Slowly return the leg to the original position.
- 5Repeat the exercise with the same leg before switching to the other.
Tips:
- Always keep control of the motion, do not let the weight control you.
- Avoid arching your back. Maintain good posture throughout the exercise.
- Flex your quad at the top of each extension for extra contraction.
- Exhale when you extend your leg, and inhale when you return to the starting position.
