Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder level
  • 3Slowly make large circles with your arms, moving forward
  • 4While circling your arms, step forward alternately with your feet
  • 5Switch the direction, and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep the movement smooth and controlled
  • Engage your core throughout the exercise
  • Avoid bending your elbows while circling your arms
  • Perform this exercise in a wide, open space to avoid hitting anything
