
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder level
- 3Slowly make large circles with your arms, moving forward
- 4While circling your arms, step forward alternately with your feet
- 5Switch the direction, and repeat

- Avoid bending your elbows while circling your arms
- Perform this exercise in a wide, open space to avoid hitting anything
