Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit upright and reach your right arm overhead
  • 2Bend your right elbow, placing the palm of your right hand against your upper back or shoulder blades
  • 3Use your left hand to gently press down on your right elbow
  • 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch arms
  • 5Repeat the movement with the other arm

Tips:

  • Avoid pulling too aggressively on the elbow
  • Maintain good posture throughout the stretch
  • Breathe slowly and deeply during the stretch
  • Switch arms after one set to maintain balance in flexibility
