
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit upright and reach your right arm overhead
- 2Bend your right elbow, placing the palm of your right hand against your upper back or shoulder blades
- 3Use your left hand to gently press down on your right elbow
- 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch arms
- 5Repeat the movement with the other arm
Tips:
- Avoid pulling too aggressively on the elbow
- Maintain good posture throughout the stretch
- Breathe slowly and deeply during the stretch
- Switch arms after one set to maintain balance in flexibility
