
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright and hold onto a support
- 2Swing one leg forward and then swing it backward in a controlled manner
- 3Keep your torso stationary throughout the exercise
- 4Repeat on the other leg
- 5Perform the exercise for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your leg straight during the swing
- Do not speed up the swing, keep it controlled and smooth
- Do not lean your body forward or backward
- Keep your abs engaged for balance
