Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright and hold onto a support
  • 2Swing one leg forward and then swing it backward in a controlled manner
  • 3Keep your torso stationary throughout the exercise
  • 4Repeat on the other leg
  • 5Perform the exercise for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your leg straight during the swing
  • Do not speed up the swing, keep it controlled and smooth
  • Do not lean your body forward or backward
  • Keep your abs engaged for balance
