- 2Punch forward with one arm while stepping back with the opposite foot
- 3Return to your starting position
- 4Perform this move with the other arm and foot
- 5Maintain a high tempo for this exercise
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the move
- Throw your punches with power but control, avoid flailing
- During each stepback, land softly on the balls of your feet
- Be sure your movement is smooth and you're not bouncing
