
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with the rope in your hands
- 2Take a lateral step to the right and simultaneously pull the rope towards you
- 3Return to the original position, taking a step back to the left, and extend your arms back out
- 4Repeat the process for the other side
- 5Continue repeating on both sides for a set number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your knees slightly bent to avoid straining your bones
- Aim for a smooth and fluid movement to increase the efficacy
- Keep your back straight to ignite your core and to maintain balance
- Breathe in as you step and out as you return
