Instructions:

  • 1Start by laying flat on your back, arms by your sides
  • 2Lift both the legs off the floor to create a 90-degree angle
  • 3Begin cycling by moving your legs in the air, mimicking a pedalling action
  • 4Slowly lower your legs back down and repeat the movement

Tips:

  • Maintain the 90-degree angle as much as possible to maximize the effectiveness of the exercise
  • Ensure to breathe properly, exhale as you pedal and inhale as you return to original position
  • Engage your core during the exercise
  • Avoid arching your back during the exercise to prevent injury
