
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands by your sides
- 2Jump up, spreading your legs apart while also bringing your arms in toward your chest
- 3Immediately jump back to the starting position
- 4Curl your arms upward, keeping the elbows close to the body
- 5Lower your arms back to the starting position
Tips:
- Engage your core throughout the entire exercise
- Try to land softly to reduce the impact on your joints
- Before doing the curl, ensure your feet land on the ground
- Keep your back straight during the curls
