Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands by your sides
  • 2Jump up, spreading your legs apart while also bringing your arms in toward your chest
  • 3Immediately jump back to the starting position
  • 4Curl your arms upward, keeping the elbows close to the body
  • 5Lower your arms back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Engage your core throughout the entire exercise
  • Try to land softly to reduce the impact on your joints
  • Before doing the curl, ensure your feet land on the ground
  • Keep your back straight during the curls
