Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Hold dumbbells in both hands at arm's length
  • 3Curl the weights while keeping your upper arms stationary
  • 4Lift until the dumbbells are at shoulder level
  • 5Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows close to your body during the exercise
  • Keep your back straight and avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weights
  • Control the movement without any jerky motions
  • Inhale as you lift the dumbbells and exhale as you lower them
