
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Hold dumbbells in both hands at arm's length
- 3Curl the weights while keeping your upper arms stationary
- 4Lift until the dumbbells are at shoulder level
- 5Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position
Tips:
- Keep your elbows close to your body during the exercise
- Keep your back straight and avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weights
- Control the movement without any jerky motions
- Inhale as you lift the dumbbells and exhale as you lower them
