Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides
  • 2Perform a jumping jack but on landing, keep your knees slightly bent
  • 3At the same time, lift your arms forward until they're at shoulder level
  • 4Lower your arms while jumping your feet back together
  • 5Repeat the process in a swift continuous motion for a set number of repetitions or time duration

Tips:

  • Maintain a straight back throughout the exercise and engage your core
  • Consider wearing supportive footwear for better balance
  • Do not lock your elbows while raising your arms to prevent strain
  • Pace yourself in the beginning to avoid exhaustion
