
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides
- 2Perform a jumping jack but on landing, keep your knees slightly bent
- 3At the same time, lift your arms forward until they're at shoulder level
- 4Lower your arms while jumping your feet back together
- 5Repeat the process in a swift continuous motion for a set number of repetitions or time duration
Tips:
- Maintain a straight back throughout the exercise and engage your core
- Consider wearing supportive footwear for better balance
- Do not lock your elbows while raising your arms to prevent strain
- Pace yourself in the beginning to avoid exhaustion
