Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with feet together, hand palms facing forward
  • 2Bend your elbows and pull your palms towards your shoulder, keeping your upper arms stationary
  • 3Move your left leg side to side while curling and uncurling your arms
  • 4Switch leg and repeat the movements
  • 5Continue alternating the movements for the desired amount of repetitions.

Tips:

  • Keep your body as still as possible, focusing on your arm and leg movements
  • Make sure your wrists stay in neutral position throughout the exercise
  • Maintain a controlled pace, don't rush
  • Remember to breathe in on the relaxation juncture and breathe out on the exertion.
