
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with feet together, hand palms facing forward
- 2Bend your elbows and pull your palms towards your shoulder, keeping your upper arms stationary
- 3Move your left leg side to side while curling and uncurling your arms
- 4Switch leg and repeat the movements
- 5Continue alternating the movements for the desired amount of repetitions.
Tips:
- Keep your body as still as possible, focusing on your arm and leg movements
- Make sure your wrists stay in neutral position throughout the exercise
- Maintain a controlled pace, don't rush
- Remember to breathe in on the relaxation juncture and breathe out on the exertion.
