Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Raise your body onto the balls of your feet
  • 3At the top of the movement, clap your hands once
  • 4Lower your body back down
  • 5Repeat the movement for the desired amount of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your body straight throughout the movement
  • Perform the exercise quickly to keep your heart rate up
  • Avoid locking your knees
  • Focus on a spot in front of you to maintain balance
