
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Raise your body onto the balls of your feet
- 3At the top of the movement, clap your hands once
- 4Lower your body back down
- 5Repeat the movement for the desired amount of reps
Tips:
- Keep your body straight throughout the movement
- Perform the exercise quickly to keep your heart rate up
- Avoid locking your knees
- Focus on a spot in front of you to maintain balance
