Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your legs together.
  • 2Jump while opening your legs apart and lowering your body into a squat position.
  • 3Raise your arms overhead to form a star shape.
  • 4Return to the starting position by jumping your legs back together and lowering your arms.
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

  • Make sure to keep your back straight during the entire movement.
  • You can adjust the difficulty by varying the depth of the squat.
  • Land softly after each jump to avoid knee injury.
  • Ensure to do a proper warm-up before starting this exercise.
