
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Lift your right knee up to the waist level, while keeping your hands at the same level
- 3Tap your knee with your hands
- 4Bring your right foot down and immediately lift your left knee up to waist level
- 5Repeat the same with your left knee and continue to alternate
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Engage your core as you lift your knees
- Do not lean back while lifting your knees
- Aim for speed while maintaining control and balance
