Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Lift your right knee up to the waist level, while keeping your hands at the same level
  • 3Tap your knee with your hands
  • 4Bring your right foot down and immediately lift your left knee up to waist level
  • 5Repeat the same with your left knee and continue to alternate

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Engage your core as you lift your knees
  • Do not lean back while lifting your knees
  • Aim for speed while maintaining control and balance
