Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Lift your right knee and rotate your torso towards it.
  • 3Return to the original position and do the same with your left knee.
  • 4Repeat the move for your desired number of reps.
  • 5Maintain a steady rhythm during the exercise.

Tips:

  • Keep a proper posture during the exercise.
  • Keep your abs tight and engage your core throughout the exercise.
  • Maintain a steady breath cycle – inhale while lifting the knee, exhale while returning to the original position.
  • Change the knee alternatively to balance the effect on both sides.
