
Instructions:

- 3Return to the original position and do the same with your left knee.
- 4Repeat the move for your desired number of reps.
- 5Maintain a steady rhythm during the exercise.
Tips:
- Keep a proper posture during the exercise.
- Keep your abs tight and engage your core throughout the exercise.
- Maintain a steady breath cycle – inhale while lifting the knee, exhale while returning to the original position.
- Change the knee alternatively to balance the effect on both sides.
