
Instructions:
- 1Start in a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Bend the knees slightly and swing your arms back to gain momentum
- 3Jump to one side and land softly, keeping the knees bent
- 4Immediately jump to the other side in a swinging motion
- 5Continue swinging and jumping from side to side
