Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Bend the knees slightly and swing your arms back to gain momentum
  • 3Jump to one side and land softly, keeping the knees bent
  • 4Immediately jump to the other side in a swinging motion
  • 5Continue swinging and jumping from side to side

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
  • Land softly to minimize impact on the joints
  • Use your arms to help propel yourself in each jump direction
  • Try to keep the jumps rhythmic and continuous
