
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Bend slightly at the knees and push off with one foot, as if you were about to swim
- 3Extend the opposite arm forward and then pull it back towards your body
- 4Repeat this motion with your other foot and arm, giving the appearance of swimming, while stepping back
- 5Continue in a controlled and rhythmic fashion

- Remain mindful of your balance at all times
- Perform the exercise at your own pace, do not rush
- If possible, use a mirror to check your form and ensure your movements are correct
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
