
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent
- 2Hold the imaginary ball in front of your chest
- 3Twist your torso to the right, turning your right foot as you do so, and pretend to toss the imaginary ball over your right shoulder
- 4Quickly rotate your torso to the left, pivoting on your right foot, and act as if catching the imaginary ball over your left shoulder
- 5Immediately twist and pretend to slam the ball down at your right foot

- Stay light on your feet and use your bodywork to maintain balance
- Always keep your abs engaged to aid twisting
- Remember to breathe, inhaling when twisting and exhaling when slamming
