Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing upright, feet hip-width apart
  • 2Jump to the right, landing on your right foot while swinging your left foot behind your right
  • 3Quickly jump to the left, landing on your left foot while swinging your right foot behind your left
  • 4Continue these side-to-side jumps as if you're skiing down the slope

Tips:

  • Engage your core to maintain balance during the jumps
  • Land softly to reduce impact on your joints
  • Increase speed as you become more comfortable with the movement
  • Imagine a line that you're jumping back and forth over to maintain consistency
