
Instructions:
- 1Start in a relaxed stance with your feet shoulder width apart and hold your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height
- 2Step to the side keeping your arms out and your body upright
- 3Reset to starting position and repeat with the other leg
- 4Do the desired number of repetitions
- 5Keep going for the recommended duration of the exercise
Tips:
- Try to keep your body upright during the exercise
- Focus on a smooth, controlled movement
- Avoid locking your knees while stepping
- Make sure your arms hold a straight line out to your sides
