Instructions:

  • 1Start in a relaxed stance with your feet shoulder width apart and hold your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height
  • 2Step to the side keeping your arms out and your body upright
  • 3Reset to starting position and repeat with the other leg
  • 4Do the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Keep going for the recommended duration of the exercise

Tips:

  • Try to keep your body upright during the exercise
  • Focus on a smooth, controlled movement
  • Avoid locking your knees while stepping
  • Make sure your arms hold a straight line out to your sides
