Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Raise your right knee as high as you can while twisting your torso to the right
  • 3Return to the starting position and repeat the movement but twist to the left with your left knee
  • 4Continue alternating sides for the duration of your workout

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the workout to maintain balance
  • Focus on bringing your knee upward instead of your foot
  • Maintain a steady and controlled motion
  • Inhale when you lower your knee and exhale when you lift it
