
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Raise your right knee as high as you can while twisting your torso to the right
- 3Return to the starting position and repeat the movement but twist to the left with your left knee
- 4Continue alternating sides for the duration of your workout

- Inhale when you lower your knee and exhale when you lift it
