Instructions:

  • 1Start standing with feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Step back with one foot, bending the front knee slightly
  • 3Simultaneously, stretch your arms out to sides in a 'fly' motion
  • 4Bring your arms back down and return to the standing position
  • 5Repeat on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Don’t let your knee go over your toe during the step back
  • Perform the movement in a controlled and smooth manner
  • Keep your movements synchronized
