
Instructions:
- 1Start standing with feet shoulder width apart
- 2Step back with one foot, bending the front knee slightly
- 3Simultaneously, stretch your arms out to sides in a 'fly' motion
- 4Bring your arms back down and return to the standing position
- 5Repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Don’t let your knee go over your toe during the step back
- Perform the movement in a controlled and smooth manner
- Keep your movements synchronized
