
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Extend your arms fully down to your sides.
- 3Raise your arms in a controlled manner until they are fully vertical above your head.
- 4Hold at the top of the movement for a second.
- 5Lower your arms back down in a controlled manner.
Tips:
- Keep your body straight and avoid leaning back when raising your arms.
- Avoid hasty movements, control is key.
- Feel the contraction in your shoulder muscles when raising and lowering your arms.
- Use your breath: inhale when you lower your arms, exhale when you lift them up.
