Standing Elbow Clap (male)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Stretch your arms out to the sides parallel to the ground
  • 3Bring your arms in front of you clapping your hands together
  • 4Return your arms back to the side position
  • 5Repeat the movement for desired reps

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and chest out throughout the exercise
  • Control the movement by not letting your arms fall too quickly
  • Concentrate on squeezing your chest muscles as you bring your arms together
  • Breath in as you extend your arms, exhale as you clap them together
