
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright with feet hip-width apart
- 2Stretch your arms out to the sides parallel to the ground
- 3Bring your arms in front of you clapping your hands together
- 4Return your arms back to the side position
- 5Repeat the movement for desired reps
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and chest out throughout the exercise
- Control the movement by not letting your arms fall too quickly
- Concentrate on squeezing your chest muscles as you bring your arms together
- Breath in as you extend your arms, exhale as you clap them together
