
Instructions:
- 1Start by lying flat on your back on the floor with a dumbbell in each hand
- 2Spread your arms and legs apart into a star shape
- 3Crunch up, lifting your arms and legs to meet in a jackknife position holding the dumbbells
- 4Lower your arms and legs back to the starfish shape
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged during the entire movement
- Always maintain a slight control on your limbs as they descend
- Do not use your neck to pull yourself up during the jackknife movement
- Exhale while you crunch up and inhale as you lower your limbs
