Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the floor with your knees bent while holding the dumbbell in front of you
  • 2Lean back slightly with your torso to create a V-shape with your thighs
  • 3Lift your feet off the ground and cross them at the ankles
  • 4Twist your torso to the right, then to the left to complete one rep
  • 5Keep your balance and repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Do not rush the movements, ensure control to engage the muscles effectively
  • Exhale as you twist and inhale as you return to the center
  • For extra support, you can keep your heels on the floor
