
Instructions:
- 1Get into a standard push-up position
- 2Lower your body until your chest is about an inch from the ground
- 3Push your body off the ground forcefully, so that your hands leave the ground
- 4Catch yourself on the way down and repeat
Tips:
- Maintain a straight line with your body throughout the movement
- Do not let your hips sag at any point during the exercise
- Perform the exercise explosively for maximum benefit
