Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a firm surface with one leg stretched out in front
  • 2Place the roll under your calf
  • 3Press down with your leg, rolling the roll up and down your calf
  • 4Repeat the exercise with the other leg

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Make sure the roll is on a stable surface
  • Do not use too much pressure, find a comfortable intensity
  • This exercise can also aid in recovery after calf workouts
