
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright and hold a stick in both hands with your palms facing down
- 2Raise the stick above your head and widen your grip
- 3Lean your body towards one side while keeping your arms straight
- 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds
- 5Repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your body straight and only lean to the sides
- Avoid jerky movements to prevent injury
- Inhale as you lean to the side and exhale as you return to the centre
- Ensure your hands are wider than shoulder-width apart for optimal stretching
