
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the floor with legs extended
- 2Bend one leg and cross it over the other
- 3Use your hands to pull the crossed leg closer towards your chest
- 4Hold the position for several seconds
- 5Repeat with the other leg
Tips:
- Keep your back straight while doing this exercise
- Perform the exercise slowly to avoid injury
- Do not push your knee excessively, stretch within your comfort
- Use your breath to ease deeper into the stretch
