Front Scoops (female)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms out straight in front of you at shoulder height
  • 3Make circular movements with your arms as if you're scooping something
  • 4Do this movement for a set amount of time, then reverse the direction
  • 5Make sure to keep your core tight and your posture straight throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Start with smaller movements and gradually make them larger as you become more comfortable
  • Keep your movements smooth and controlled
  • Don't rush through the exercise, take your time
  • You can add light weights in your hands as you get stronger
