
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Extend your arms out straight in front of you at shoulder height
- 3Make circular movements with your arms as if you're scooping something
- 4Do this movement for a set amount of time, then reverse the direction
- 5Make sure to keep your core tight and your posture straight throughout the exercise
Tips:
- Start with smaller movements and gradually make them larger as you become more comfortable
- Keep your movements smooth and controlled
- Don't rush through the exercise, take your time
- You can add light weights in your hands as you get stronger
