
Instructions:
- 1Stand facing the padded stool
- 2Place one foot on the stool
- 3Push off the ground with your other foot and switch your feet in mid-air, landing so your other foot is on the stool
- 4Repeat the motion, switching your feet back and forth

- Try to switch your feet quickly for a better cardio workout
