
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on your back on the floor
- 2Lift your legs and torso at the same time, to form a V shape with your body
- 3Reach your hands towards your feet
- 4Hold this position for a few seconds
- 5Slowly lower your body back to the initial position
Tips:
- Try to keep your legs straight throughout the exercise
- You should feel a contraction in your abs and quads
- Make sure you keep your back straight and your shoulders off the floor during the hold
- Breathe slowly and keep your movements controlled
