
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the floor with your legs crossed in lotus position
- 2Place your hands on your knees, palms facing up
- 3While keeping your back straight, lightly twist your torso to the left, and then to the right
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Breathe in as you twist your torso and breathe out as you return to the starting position
- Don't rush the movement, control it
- Engage your core as you twist
- Don't force the twist - only go as far as your flexibility allows
