
Instructions:
- 1Start on your hands and knees with your spine in a neutral position
- 2Straighten and raise one leg behind you until it's in line with your body
- 3Lower the leg back down without touching the floor
- 4Repeat with the other leg
Tips:
- Try to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Avoid arching your back as you lift your leg
- Exhale as you lift your leg and inhale as you lower it
- Keep your neck relaxed and in line with your spine
