Instructions:

  • 1Start on your hands and knees with your spine in a neutral position
  • 2Straighten and raise one leg behind you until it's in line with your body
  • 3Lower the leg back down without touching the floor
  • 4Repeat with the other leg

Tips:

  • Try to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Avoid arching your back as you lift your leg
  • Exhale as you lift your leg and inhale as you lower it
  • Keep your neck relaxed and in line with your spine
