Instructions:

  • 1Position yourself sideways on the machine
  • 2Hold the handles of the lever machine
  • 3Rotate your torso towards the machine while keeping your back straight
  • 4Return to the starting position slowly
  • 5Repeat the procedure for the other side

Tips:

  • Avoid using too much weight
  • Keep your movements controlled and slow
  • Do not swing or use your back to lift weight
  • Keep your arms slightly bend and stationary throughout
