
Instructions:
- 1Stand in a wide stance with your toes pointing outward
- 2Lower into a squat while lifting onto your toes and curling your arms towards your shoulders
- 3Hold this position for a few seconds
- 4Return to the starting position lowering your arms and coming off your toes
- 5Repeat this for your chosen set of reps
Tips:
- Ensure your knees are aligned with your toes during the squat
- Tense your glutes as you rise onto your toes for better balance
- Breathe out as you go down into the squat and breathe in as you return to standing
- Keep your back upright during the squats
