
Instructions:
- 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides
- 2Keep your back straight and bend at the knees to lower your body
- 3Pause at the bottom of the squat for a moment
- 4Push through your heels to return to a standing position
- 5Repeat this motion
Tips:
- Squat as deep as you can while keeping your back straight
- Pause a little longer at the bottom for a greater challenge
- Drive up through your heels and not your toes
- Keep your knees in line with your toes
