Instructions:

  • 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides
  • 2Keep your back straight and bend at the knees to lower your body
  • 3Pause at the bottom of the squat for a moment
  • 4Push through your heels to return to a standing position
  • 5Repeat this motion

Tips:

  • Squat as deep as you can while keeping your back straight
  • Pause a little longer at the bottom for a greater challenge
  • Drive up through your heels and not your toes
  • Keep your knees in line with your toes
