
Instructions:
- 1Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Bend your right knee and lift it as high as comfortable and simultaneously sweep your left arm forward
- 3Put your right foot down and simultaneously lower your left arm
- 4Repeat the motion with your left knee and right arm
- 5Breathe rhythmically and continue the alternating movements for desired amount of time or repetitions

- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Ensure your sweeping arm synchronizes with the opposing leg's movement
- Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout
- Focus on reaching as high as possible while lifting your leg
