Instructions:

  • 1Start in a plank position with your arms extended straight below your shoulders
  • 2Move your right hand towards your left and step your left foot out
  • 3Do the same with your left hand and right foot, returning to the plank position
  • 4Now reverse the actions and return to starting position
  • 5Repeat the exercise as needed

Tips:

  • Keep your body straight and maintain balance
  • Try not to rush, slow and controlled movements are more effective
  • Ensure proper form to prevent injuries
  • Breathe normally during the exercise
