
Instructions:
- 1Start in a plank position with your arms extended straight below your shoulders
- 2Move your right hand towards your left and step your left foot out
- 3Do the same with your left hand and right foot, returning to the plank position
- 4Now reverse the actions and return to starting position
- 5Repeat the exercise as needed
