
Instructions:

- 2Lift your heels off the floor and stand on your toes
- 3Hold this position briefly
- 4Slowly lower yourself back down
- 5Repeat for a set amount of reps
Tips:
- Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
- Try to make the movement as smooth as possible
- Don't rush through the reps, control is key
- You can increase the intensity by lifting one foot off the ground
