Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright and place your hands on a wall for balance
  • 2Lift your heels off the floor and stand on your toes
  • 3Hold this position briefly
  • 4Slowly lower yourself back down
  • 5Repeat for a set amount of reps

  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
  • Try to make the movement as smooth as possible
  • Don't rush through the reps, control is key
  • You can increase the intensity by lifting one foot off the ground
