
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes pointing out
- 2Lower your body in squat position, keeping your chest raised
- 3Place your left elbow on your left knee, and twist your upper body towards the right
- 4Return to center and repeat on the other side
- 5Keep on alternating the sides

- Inhale as you twist, exhale as you come back to the center
- Avoid dropping your knees forward of your toes
