Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes pointing out
  • 2Lower your body in squat position, keeping your chest raised
  • 3Place your left elbow on your left knee, and twist your upper body towards the right
  • 4Return to center and repeat on the other side
  • 5Keep on alternating the sides

Tips:

  • Maintain your balance
  • Keep your chest and head up
  • Inhale as you twist, exhale as you come back to the center
  • Avoid dropping your knees forward of your toes
