
Instructions:
- 1Start by lying flat on your back on the floor near a low pulley, with your feet flat on the floor and your head towards the pulley
- 2Grasp the cable bar with an overhand grip
- 3Fully extend your arms straight above you
- 4Keeping your elbows in place, lower the bar down to your forehead by bending at the elbows
- 5Once the bar has lightly touched your forehead, push the bar back to the starting position by extending your elbows
Tips:
- Keep your arms perpendicular to your body at all times during the exercise
- Make sure to keep your elbows stationary. The movement should only occur at the elbow joint
- Do not overextend your arms when returning to the starting position to avoid injuring your elbows
