Instructions:

  • 2Quickly accelerate and maintain a high speed
  • 3Keep arms at 90-degree angles and move them in sync with your legs
  • 4Land on the balls of your feet
  • 5Slow down gradually to a stop

Tips:

  • Keep your head and torso straight and facing forward
  • Breathe evenly and continuously throughout the exercise
  • Warm up thoroughly before beginning high-intensity sprinting
  • Cool down and stretch after sprinting to prevent injuries
