- 5Slow down gradually to a stop
Tips:
- Keep your head and torso straight and facing forward
- Breathe evenly and continuously throughout the exercise
- Warm up thoroughly before beginning high-intensity sprinting
- Cool down and stretch after sprinting to prevent injuries
