- 3Make sure to get your upper body involved by twisting your torso
- 4Repeat this movement in a steady and consistent rhythm
- 5Control the stick throughout the motions

- Engage your core during the exercise
- Keep your movements smooth for optimal muscle and joint activation
- Don't use a stick that is too heavy - keep it light for more reps
